Ok, I'm convinced

Thanks guys, you have convinced me, J is the 'forbidden fruit' and my life with D is 'Eden' - and I'm not leaving the garden, the fruit isn't worth it. I will tell J on Tuesday, we arranged a film night and I will tell him I want to keep our friendship but the flirting and texting has to stop, the stakes are too high, especially as J is officially 'falling for' me (confirmed by a mutual acquaintance). I am going to talk to D on Wednesday and sort out somethings in our relationship that I should have talked to him about a LONG time ago.

I just hate my brain, it is conspiring against me, I decided all this last night then as soon as I fall asleep I have this awesome dream where J is my boyfriend and I'm introducing him to my mum and they get on really well... and then I wake up thinking 'wow, J is so awesome, maybe he is the one' - lol, if only I had dreamed about D instead!

Thanks for the support. I know a lot of you think I am stupid and immature - and I agree with you, but I hope this opinion will not loose me any fans as far as my work on DA is concerned

I dont think your stupid or immature for feeling the way you have been. Its normal actually. But you need to use wisdom and plain common sense in how you deal with your situation.

My view...? Im glad you chose to be faithful. Its never a bad thing to be true to someone. Just remember, dont sell yourself short or settle for second best. Dont do things cos its protocol or what is expected.

And most of all, remember.....Love.

Ah ... Earl Grey. Always reminds me of London ... I have not been there in three years, however. Anyway, glad to hear you've got things figured out. Although, that dream of yours stands to complicate things, I'm sure of it.

Whatever needs to happen that doesn't get people hurt. There are enough people getting hurt in the world from sickness, poverty, wars and conflict ... and we can't do a thing to stop any of it. I think whenever we have a chance to avoid hurting another person, when we do have the power of prevention, we should always take it.

You're not stupid and immature. Your heart's singing two songs and it can be difficult to know which song is the one to listen too. The pursuit of happiness can be a difficult road, especially when someone is pulling at our heartstrings.
